The entertainment options were great, especially for my children who enjoyed the kids' club activities and the outdoor playground. As a busy professional, it was a relief to see my kids having a blast and being well taken care of. the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us locate it, even offering to search through the laundry to ensure it wasn't accidentally picked up. Their dedication to customer service was truly impressive. The overall location of the hotel was convenient for our visit to Bradford Royal Infirmary, and we appreciated the proximity to a lovely park for some family downtime. Despite some minor hiccups, we were able to make unforgettable memories during our stay at Hotel Triplets.
